APA Style Citation Resources
There are several Resources at Northeast State to help you with your APA style citations and format. The instructors at The Writing Center are available to help you understand writing styles such as APA. Visit the Writing Center website to learn more about what they have to offer and to schedule an appointment for assistance.
The library has several resources that can assist you.
- You can check out or view the latest version of thePublication Manual of the American Psychological Association, currently the 7th edition. There is a copy for in library use in Blountville, Kingsport, and Elizabethton, and one for check out in Blountville. We also have the Concise Guide to APA Style: The Official APA Style Guide for Students available for check out in Blountville.
- We have an APA Citation Guide that provides examples of in-text and Reference citations for a variety of types of sources, as well as other APA formatting informaiton.
- We have librarian-produced videos on APA citation. They are available for you below.
