How do I access the wireless network at Northeast State?

Answer

Wireless internet access is available across all Northeast State campuses.

Laptops:

You can access the campus wireless internet by opening a browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) on your laptop and entering your Northeast State username and password.  You may need to open your Internet connections and choose the NSCC_Wireless network first.  If you do not get a login page when you connect to the network, type 1.1.1.1 into your address bar.

Mobile Devices:

Add the NSCC_Wireless network in your settings.  After you have added the network, in the future you should be prompted to login when you use an app that accesses the Internet

Community Members:

Community members can also use the wireless network at Northeast State in Blountville.  To get logged on, visit the library and the staff at the Circulation Desk or the Reference Desk can enter the credentials directly in your device. We are unable to provide the credentials to individuals.
